Project Background

A medium-sized cement plant in Uzbekistan faced severe workshop dust pollution at the raw material crushing and unloading station. The original simple cyclone dust separator had low filtration efficiency, resulting in excessive particulate emissions, workshop visibility reduction, and failure to meet local environmental protection inspection standards.

- Equipped with online pulse jet bag dust collector tailored for cement raw meal and clinker dust

- Adopted high-temperature PTFE filter bags with anti-adhesion treatment to prevent dust blocking

- Optimized airflow distribution structure to reduce internal wind resistance and fan energy consumption

- Matched with star type rotary airlock discharger for automatic ash discharge without air leakage

Project Parameters

- Dust source: Cement crushing workshop, raw material unloading point

- Air volume: 28000 m³/h

- Inlet dust concentration: ≤1200 mg/Nm³

- Emission concentration: ≤20 mg/Nm³ (meets EU industrial emission standard)

- Dust temperature: ≤160℃

Project Result

After commissioning, the dust collector operates stably under continuous working conditions. The workshop floating dust is completely eliminated, and the exhaust gas emission fully complies with local and EU environmental regulations. The supporting rotary discharger ensures smooth ash discharge without air backflow, greatly improving the overall environmental level of the production workshop and helping the customer pass official environmental assessment successfully.
