Project Result

The cyclone pre-dedusting system removes most coarse abrasive dust before entering the fine filtration unit. It reduces the wear load of the subsequent bag dust collector by 85%, greatly cutting filter bag replacement frequency and annual maintenance cost. The heavy-duty discharger ensures stable discharge of accumulated ore dust without air backflow.
