2. Working Principle

The drive unit directly drives the cantilever shaftless spiral to rotate. The thickened spiral blade contacts the wear-resistant liner inside the U-trough, pushing materials forward continuously by axial thrust. Without central shaft obstruction, fibrous materials will not be entangled. The open trough design enables high filling ratio conveying, supporting horizontal and inclined conveying up to 25° for sludge and waste handling lines.
